The A100 adapter attaches to the PS100 to provide a null modem connection. This functionality is required in a station where a datalogger will not be present, such as a phone-to-RF base station.
Please note that one A100 or A105 can be used at a time. Also note that early PS100s were not compatible with the A100; PS100s shipped after 20 January 2004 (serial numbers 1391 and higher) are compatible. |
