| 41303-5A | RM Young 6-Plate Gill Solar Radiation Shield |

The 41303-5A provides a six-plate naturally-aspirated radiation shield that houses one HMP50 probe. Its louvered construction allows air to pass freely through the shield thereby keeping the probe at or near ambient temperature. The 41303-5A attaches to a crossarm, mast, or user-supplied pipe with a 1.0" to 2.1" OD.

The 41003-5 10-plate radiation shield can be used instead of the 41303-5A six-plate shield, but additional hardware is required (see below).

The 41322 adapter plate is used to mount an HMP50 probe in the lower part of a 41003-5 10-plate radiation shield.

The 6637 split nut plug along with the 41381 extension tube allow the HMP50 to be mounted in the higher part of the 41003-5 10-plate radiation shield. This nut is used instead of the split nut provided with the 41003-5. The #18278 cable is also required for this mounting configuration.

The 41381 extension tube along with the 6637 split nut plug allow the HMP50 to be mounted in the higher part of a 41003-5 10-plate radiation shield. The #18278 cable is also required for this mounting configuration.
