About Ethernet

Our ethernet options allow Campbell Scientific dataloggers to communicate with a computer using TCP/IP. The local network or dedicated Internet connection can also be accessed in combination with short haul or RF peripherals. The communication rate is dependent on the datalogger; for example, the CR3000 can communicate at rates up to 115,200 bps.
