CS471

High-accuracy compact bubble sensor for measuring water level and height

The CS471 is similar to the CS470, but is built for higher accuracy. The CS471 uses bubble-sensor technology to measure water level. It has two standard interfaces: SDI-12 and 4-20 mA. It has onboard intelligence that allows it to optimize the pumping of air when measuring, and needs no software for initial startup and settings since it has DIP switches for that. It features offset-drift compensation for consistent accuracy. The sensor is ideal for areas where submersed sensors can be damage due to corrosion, contamination, flood-related debris, lightning, or vandalism. Less-frequent attending is needed since it does not require a pressurized nitrogen tank.
