The CC640 is a digital camera for use in harsh environments. Where typical cameras cannot withstand cold temperatures, our CC640 digital camera operates at temperatures as low as -40°C!
The CC640 can be used by itself as a stand-alone camera (see the latest manual for stand-alone power insructions) or can be connected to one our dataloggers. The datalogger can trigger an image acquisition by applying a 5- to 12-volt signal. When used independently, the camera's precision real-time clock can be used to trigger an image capture.
Images can be stored on a CompactFlash card or in the datalogger's memory. The images are stored in a .jpg format.
