CR210

Datalogger with 922 MHz Spread Spectrum Radio

Frequently Asked Questions: CR210

  1. Are the CR200, CR206, CR211, CR216, or CR295 dataloggers compatible with SDMs and multiplexers?

The CR200-series dataloggers are NOT compatible with SDMs or multiplexers. If you need more channels or might need more channels in the future, you should probably purchase a CR10X instead.

  2. I've been using PakCom with my CR200 datalogger, but it wasn't in my last shipment. Where do I find it?

PakCom no longer ships with every CR200 datalogger. For programming, download the latest version of Short Cut from our downloads page. If you need more programming power, consider purchasing either PC400 or LoggerNet.

  3. How does the CR200 differ from your other dataloggers?

The CR200-series dataloggers vary in several ways from our other dataloggers. The CR200-series, initially designed to work in the field as wireless sensors, do not provide the same level of accuracy as our other dataloggers. The CR206, CR211, and CR216 have built-in spread spectrum radios; other telemetry options are limited. The CR200-series also have a one-year warranty, compared to the three-year warranty for our other dataloggers.
