The 10824 is a pine dowel that is used with the CS505 fuel moisture sensor (retired) to emulate and measure the moisture content of similarly sized forest fuel wood. The 10824 is constructed from the same carefully selected USFS-standard ponderosa dowel as the traditional weighing fuel-moisture rack.
