The 05106-LC has a connector rather than the standard pigtails. The connector attaches to the MetData1 Weather Station or CS110 Electric Field Meter. The 05106-LC is a marine version of R. M. Young Company's 05103 Wind Monitor; its bearings are sealed to better resist the salt and sand of the maritime environment. The 05106 measures wind speed with a helicoid-shaped, four-blade propeller. Wind direction is sensed by the orientation of the fuselage-shaped sensor body which is connected to an internal potentiometer.

The "-LC" version of this product terminates in a connector (instead of pigtails) for use with a CS110 Electric Field Meter or MetData1 Weather Station.  The length of the cable is specified at the time of order.
